FITview is a B2B application where registered studio users can upload or embed their own content—including background images, studio logos, visual material for class and story templates, as well as other texts and media files. The respective studio, as the uploading party, is solely responsible for the legality of this user-generated content. This applies in particular to:
- copyright-protected images, graphics, or text, as well as the possession of the necessary usage rights or licenses,
- third-party content protected by trademark and trade name law,
- the personal rights of depicted individuals, including the consents required under Art. 6 GDPR or § 22 KUG.
We do not actively review the content uploaded by the studios and do not endorse its content. In the event of specific reports of legal violations, the content in question will be removed immediately following review. Please direct any such reports to the email address listed above.
